We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pulsetto purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your items securely in the original Pulsetto box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
